Welcome. I’m Emily Flora, MS, RYT-200, Holistic Health Practitioner and Wellness Coach. I’m here to support your physical and mental wellbeing, especially when you feel like you’ve tried everything.

At a time when our minds are inundated with conflicting heath information and stress is at an all time high, many adults and youth are struggling with their mental wellbeing. Our brains and bodies need access to enough glucose, nourishing foods, and medicinal herbs more than ever, and yet it can feel impossible to know how to support ourselves. Alongside ongoing support and coaching, I provide step-by-step guidance for supporting mental and brain wellness and getting back to, or creating, the parts of life that feel really meaningful to you.

At Flora Holistic, I deeply believe that all people deserve to feel their best and show up to the parts of life that are the most meaningful to them.
I use evidence-informed coaching and holistic nutritional approaches, as well as ancient wisdom about the healing power of food and nature, to support clients on their journey to wellbeing. I bring life and wellness coaching concepts into my sessions to support clients in making the changes they wish to see in their lives.
I support adults, and parents of children and teens, who struggle with emotional overwhelm, frequent worries, mood swings, difficulty with attention and focus, chronic fatigue, and just generally feeling unwell, especially when nothing else has really helped, by supporting the brain and nervous system naturally.
Through healing foods, supportive herbs, nervous-system tools, and intuitive 1:1 coaching, we work together to nourish the brain, soothe the body, and gently release the patterns that keep you feeling like you can’t engage with life the way you really want to.
You’ll find that my approach is nonjudgemental, deeply compassionate, grounded, and rooted in the wisdom of nature. I believe in the power of collaboration and education, and I bring this into each client session. Instead of chasing symptoms, we strengthen the underlying systems so that you and your family can feel regulated and grounded again.

At Flora Holistic, we focus on cultivating balance
Are you exhausted from searching for answers to your mental, emotional wellness, or brain health challenges and finding little to no relief? Are you a parent to a child or teen and feeling lost because you’ve tried everything to help your kid feel better, and nothing is working?
Balance looks different for each person. My unique approach blends holistic nutritional approaches, ancient herbalism and health wisdom, and insights from Medical Medium® information to help clients connect more to themselves and the world around us. I support adults and parents to learn to heal from mental or emotional struggles, recover their sense of self and wellbeing, and help them re-engage with life in a meaningful way. Utilizing a combination of healing foods and herbs, as well as learning the safe way to cleanse the mind and body, I help individuals of all ages regain a sense of inner peace and return to focusing on what is important in their lives.

Nourish
Together, we focus on rebuilding the foundation of emotional and brain health through supportive foods, minerals, hydration, and begin exploring ways to support the mind, body, and nervous system. We explore underlying contributors and your experience with your emotional and brain health challenges. Through this process, the body may begin to feel more safe and nourished, allowing the mind to become clearer, calmer, and more capable of healing. Education is provided along the way to help you gain more confidence in your healing journey.

Shift
A client-led phase where we gently explore and release the patterns that keep you feeling overwhelmed or stuck. Through compassionate guidance and practical tools, this stage helps interrupt old patterns and create space for healthier, more sustainable ones. Receive step-by-step guidance for how to create realistic change and start implementing immediately. We will continue to explore nourishing foods, herbs, and lifestyle techniques during this phase. Education will continue to be provided to support your cleansing and healing journey. You choose the pace and what you feel comfortable exploring.

Restore
The third phase where we focus on restoring clarity, confidence, and emotional balance as the nervous system and brain settle into a more grounded state. This phase strengthens resilience and helps clients reconnect with themselves and reimagine how you wish to show up in daily life. A focus on restoring hope and trust in your own capacity and resilience. This phase may intertwine with the other coaching stages. We review what you found helpful along the way and create a sustainable plan for foods, herbs, nature, and emotional tools for you utilize after our sessions are finished.
Emily is a Holistic Health Practitioner and Wellness Coach specializing in mental wellness and brain health. She is an outdoor and snowboard educator, as well as yoga teacher, bringing her love for nature and movement to her practice. Emily combines her expertise in psychology, mental wellness, holistic nutritional approaches & herbal remedies, wellness & life coaching, and nature’s healing to guide you to become your own healer for mental wellness, brain health, focus, and energy challenges. She believes the mind and body are deeply connected and that healing lies in our own bodies, mind, medicinal plants, and nature.
In 2023, after experiencing a year-and-half of debilitating chronic illness, Emily discovered Medical Medium® information. After two years of implementing healing recommendations daily, she recovered from her chronic illness and mental health symptoms, and is living mostly symptom-free. She experienced the power that foods and herbs from the earth have on our physical and mental body, and she is passionate about sharing this ancient wisdom with others.
She holds certificates in Functional Nutrition, Wellness Counseling, Emotional Freedom Techniques, emotional and mindfulness techniques, and is currently pursuing herbalist credentials. Emily brings almost a decade of experience helping clients of all ages. Emily is also trained and currently works in other roles as a mental health and pediatric occupational therapist.
When she is not creating a healing recipe in her kitchen or tending to medicinal plants, Emily enjoys being in nature with friends or her family. She lives in the Columbia River Gorge and is grateful to enjoy the beauty of the PNW.

Personalized, 1:1 ongoing support is provided during your coaching packages. Each client starts with a Holistic Wellness Consultation. Through this process, I learn about your health and wellness goals, and we integrate your goals with holistic nutritional and coaching guidance that feels right to you, every step of the way. Clients who purchase a package have unlimited messaging access and support if they have questions or concerns while we work together.
